MIAMI – United Trust Fund (“UTF”), a Miami-based real estate investment firm specializing in sale-leasebacks throughout the United States, announced today the acquisition of the Southwestern Energy Regional Headquarters in Conway, Arkansas.
The property consists of a Class A office building totaling 123,032 sq. ft. on 9.59 acres of land. United Trust Fund valued the transaction at $30,000,000. At closing, UTF leased the facility back to Southwestern Energy Company for a term of 15 years.
